MTN! 2 months and stil no refund!!! Ignoring customers

On 4th of September we ordered wireless internet from them, they refused to deliver to me " the account holders wife" same delivery address. My husband works 16 hours a day and wouldn't be home to sign for it. We canceled and got wireless from another company. It's been 2 months and stil no refund. You can call the customer complain line until you are blue, each consultant transfer you to the next and no one helps. I've phoned and emailed their head office for 6 weeks now. They've asked for bank statement to show proof of payment. I've sent it 4 times, stil no response. They hope you forget about your R1000 rand so they can keep it. I'm at my wits end, I don't know who else to contact to get my money back. Next step is lawyers. Pathetic, that they take your money so fast by debit order but 2 months and stil no refund!!!!! The head complaints office don't even answer my emails anymore. They ignore completely until you forget about your money
