MTN 2

Back on 2 Nov 2022 I wrote a review on the bad treatment I have had from MTN concerning their way of forcing acceptance of a contract through the help of their agents/contractors (?), Mobiles Plus. I emailed MTN customer care (AGAIN !!) on 2 Nov 2022, and to date I have still not had a response. This treatment of a long standing MTN customer is absolutely appalling.
