MTN 1G data I bought expiring
In August around the the 9th I bought 1G of mobile data and yesterday I received a text advising it had expired. When you purchase this data there is no warning that it has an expiry date and as this is not a perishable good I do not understand why it expires. This is something I bought with my own money at the retail value not special offer and now why do I have to use it within a certain time frame. So this means when you purchase data you cannot use it sparingly in order to save it and cut costs.

These mobile companies are de*****ing the consumer and it appears we have no say in this. What avenues can we take to challenge this big **** we are being subjected to?

Tuleka
