Mtn

I have been a loyal costumer of mtn for almost 6 years if not longer i have 2 contracts with them. I've been struggling to cancel the one from the 7th of October 2020. its the 19 Jan 2021. Still not completely canceled and also i am still being charge every month for something i dont even have anymore.

The struggle is real, hopefully this can end someday. Cause they cant even assist with this in branches anymore.

So frustrated and unhappy.

Any advice would be gladly appreciated.
