ON THE 2/03/2022 AT 10H00 i made a call to MTN 135 again the same day 10h24 call time 24 min 49 sec spoke to Mandisa cancell me contrak ref nr 1/*** After calling 135 a few times to confirm my cancellation, I calledback on the 28/04/2022 at 12h00 call time 36 min 3 sec I spoke to your legal dep that informed me there is no such ref nr- got transferred to Sanelisiwe and she confirmed my cancellation is done and active. After a lot of problems with this cancellation I called back this morning at 11h16 spoke to Mashooda just to find out that the people that I spoke to previously and ref not excist. When I went to the Hzelpark store last Friday afternoon there were other client in the store with the same problem. I cancelledmy insurance on Monday and paid yesterday the amount of R300.00. With all the above no more billing blocking my phone,data or free min. This is a serious matter at 135 giving names and ref that do not excist
