Ibought cellphone at Mtn with contract last yr october. Ireceived a cellphone with factory faulty screen was not sensing if i press it. I tried to return phone at mtn jozin within 2days after have received it, they refused to take it they sad they are frenchise. I called mtn they said the will come and collect. The corrier came and collect it after a long time. I called mtn they promise me to cancel the contract an pay back my money. But they did cancel the contract up until today then now they say i have to pay termination fee which is R4000 whereas it was their fault that they did not cancel the contract. I even went to pavallion customer care they promised to call me to finalise my refund but they didnt but always they deduct monthly installment for cellphone i dont have and never even used it😭😭😭😭😭 please help me m so hurt mtn une***** bangamaqola bayizigebengu ngyazisola by taking contract with them.
