MTN

MTN can you please assist me ,I had a phone contract with you guys years ago , I tried sorting out everything in the store two years ago and I was told I do not owe anything, there was no correspondence sent to my property or no form of communication,I went into the store again to try and sort it out ,I spoke to one of your advisors on a call and they told me I owe R7000 ,the phone wasn't even that price,the phone was about just under 4k I think . The advisor I spoke to me told me that I need to clear the balance in full to clear my credit history with u guys ,I refused to pay that money until you guys can tell me what I exactly owe and if u guys sent out any correspondence because I have proof that use never sent me one letter to say what needs to be paid or how ,I was one who made contact when I was unemployed. MTN is a horrible company and they didn't help me at all . I will be taking this to court because nobody can help me or wants to help me .
