Mtn 199 deal a *****

I upgraded my account 09 August 2019 for 40gig data for R199,i did the transaction online,it was approved but i only recieve 20gig data for the same price,i have called countless of times and sent emails with no assistance.They are always transferring me from one call to another. I always make sure i record each every conversation i have with them. But at this point im really frustrated with MTN.
