MTN

MTN CONTRACTS is a nightmare and a mess, for the first 6months I was not debited on my data account as agreed, they were probably debiting a wrong person. When I call they said my account is in order and up to date, I explain but no help...6 months later when they realized they started debiting on wrong days when I don't have cash..I tried closing the account no help, I tried to pay in store until end of contract...now that my contract finally ended the consultants are like trained to refuse or delay closing accounts..on top of that they charge triple of what I was initially paying as they delay me ...the consultants just hang up in the middle of calls , I get another one and same thing..i speak to more than 5 people a day but no help...These is also affecting my credit score # ****ed off!
