Mtn 173 champions my left toe!

I needed a new phone so I went and got my self one Only to find that my new phone needed a nano sized SIM... No stress upgrade me I said, I will do a SIM swap & all will be well. What a load of hogwash. I have been calling the so called customer Care on 173 and even tried using the self service options (from*173# to smsing swap to 44770 using my old sim). I've been holding on the line for more than 4 different occasions for over 20mins. Anyone with a solution please contact me on ********** 637(old number and the number I want to keep) or ********** 394 (number I don't want)
