MTN

I'm very disappointed, I took out a Honor contract with MTN Worcester on the 18th of July, I was suppose to get a R500 PnP voucher with it, up till now the 5th of August I haven't recieved anything, I spoke to the consultant who helped me with the contract, he escalated it to Honor, I called MTN direct, the lady I spoke to said I must go to the branch cause I took the contract out in the branch, I called Honor head office to no avail.. I'm disgusted with the false advertising
