I jus spent 28 mins holding on the line with Primrose, after spending 15 calls between yesterday and today, jus to have my calls sometimes rudely disconnected, all because of some *********** idiot who did not complete my upgrade and my contract is stuck on pending. And no manager has yet called me to resolve the issue. Bunch of pathetic idiots. They all want the jobs but no one wants to work
