MTN

Good day

I would like to complain about MTN and their services that they offer to customers.i bought a cellphone from foneyam which the network provider is MTN. But unfortunately I lost the device 2 months after my purchase now I want to launch a claim with foneyam but MTN says to me they can't provide me with the ITC number due to my cell number and the IMEI number do not match.

So that means I won't be able to do the claim and im still paying for that device. I've been calling both MTN and foneyam but I don't get assistance from both companies. I have been taken pillar to post and using my own airtime and my time as well.

I am not happy with the service I am currently receiving and that frustrates me a lot cause I bought this phone for my niece to use for school purpose but it seems like l made a wrong choice with choosing MTN network.
