MTN 120G internet poor service and difficulty in having it canceled

I would not recommend MTN as there service is poor. I app**** for for The MTN home 120G. MTN delivered the sim card 2 weeks later where it was suppose to be only 3 days. I was informed it won't work on my phone only a router by sales. Well that should not be a problem as I have a few routers, wrong MTN only works on a few selected routers although it's 4G, if you don't use the specific router there system blocks you which they don't tel you when you purchase the package, even if you have a new home router it will block you where the other networks like rain and Telkom works perfectly. I'm paying for a package and batling to have it canceled as they don't come back to you, service is very poor, very disappointed.
