Mtn 10 gigs free where is it I'm waiting a whole month ?!?!?

Does Mtn really provide 10 gigs free for three months when signing up for a contract that's what I thought until u received nothing on numerous calls to the call centre which says it has been escalated but nothing gets done how pathetic right ?
