MTN 1-4-1-Loyalty [#***5]
On 10 June 2015 I logged call #***5 with MTN.

Briefly, I am still registered for MTN 1-4-1-Loyalty but by mistake I opted out of SMS Communications. How do I opt back in?

Not only was their reply extremely late (13 July 2015), they also don't understand my issue. Nomsa, the person that rep****, said I must re-register and gave instructions. I tried and rep**** to her that the system tells me I am already registered.

I work in IT and look after our SMS system and I know that when a person opts out, IT needs to go into the suppression list and remove them. Nomsa does not understand this and I am at my wits ends with her ignorance and her delayed replies.
