MTN 0,%care for their customers

Few years ago I received a call from MtN sales agent offering a rooter contract I asked the agent to call me back as I was at work, agent captured my info on their system, its been 3years trying to resolve this no one is assisting they saying i was captured on their old system the order was left open, i go the branch they say call customer service , then customer service sends me back to the branch , i dont know how many lunch breaks i spent on their different branches no one is assisting only yesteday they told me to wait 1 month to get this fixed.....i cant waited another month as i cant open any where else because of this error but with this frustrating experience i doubt i wanna do any business with them, I just need my name to be clared God knows how much ive lost because of this account they claim i have but cant prove
