I have requested that the email address to which my monthly bill are send from Mtn be changed to the email address used by myself and my wife. Some time before that, it was changed to my daughters email. After we had a case of ***** beinge commited by one of the Mondo staff member, I went in to the Mtn shop in Springs mall and filled out a document giving Mtn an order to use the email that we provided on the document. With that signed document I requested that both the monthly statement and the usage statement be send to the email provided. This was in Oct 2025. I do recieve the usage statement and my daughter still recieve the statement. Is a written request on their document not valid anymore?
