Mtn

I took out a data contract with mtn, i fail to make payment due to working short hours at work.. Than i was handed over to Shapiro shaik defries they told me settle the account 6 March 2021 i paid R860 then 24 July 2021 i paid 2010 the they said i must pay 380 then the account will be paid up so on the 3 September 2021 i paid R400 but now Mnt says they have no record of my payment. Please assist me
