I contacted MTN - ********** 413 at 14h44. I had the worst telephonic experience ever. The Lady could hardly speak properly and when i asked her for banking details she didn't understand and just dropped the call. i then tried calling back numerous times and the phone is all of a sudden off.

Is this the service one receive from MTN. Pathetic after all i just wanted the account number for me to pay my bill. You are really disgusting MTN.

Employ proper people. its bad.

Ill never recommend mtn and hope you guys close down for your pore service.
