MTN

Prepaid phone : I bought, cash, a MTN locked phone in 2021. On the box it said the network will be unlocked after a year. I went to MTN Bedford Centre and they said after the 2nd year I'll get a code to unlock. I've since sent numerous queries to their call centre, providing cell number and IMEI number, to no avail.
