I requested a router from mtn with contract after 2 months i decided to return the router because it was not working and the data was finished within 1 week i was not even using it i went to MTN store to return the router i called the MTN customer service they kept on rejecting my calls and they keep on debiting the money every month im not even using that router i want it to be canceled MTN has the most useless customer service the people who are working at the call center they don't know they're jobs i cant keep on paying for something that im not using
