I wouldn’t even give this review one star. This is my second complaint in two months, yet I have still received no response from MTN. I’ve been waiting for any form of communication, let alone the paid-up letter I have repeatedly requested. Instead, last night, I received an SMS stating that my account has been handed over to lawyers. How does that happen without any prior communication or response? Every interaction with MTN just seems to get worse. I get better service and response from government facilities :(
