MTN

I have been asking for help from MTN and just getting no results. Almost 2 months Its actually pathetic, I have a default on my name at Transunion Credit Bureau which i have paid up months ago . Mtn handed me over for R 1235.00 which i have settled . All i am asking from MTN is too supply me with a letter so i can send it to the credit Bureau so my name can be cleared . Reference number ***
