I made an arrangement to pay my account for the 18th of April 2024 and my line is still suspended. I do understand that I have missed an arrangement previously. But this is really unexpected that even if you make another arrangement that your line is still suspended.

Everyone is trying to make ends meat. So if I lay in a ditch somewhere then I can't phone anyone to come and assist me. That is ridiculous!

Please unsuspend my phone line. I will make a payment on the 18th.

But be assure, when my contact ends with MTN I will never make use of this service provider again. Because you can't and won't take the extra mile for your clients. And that is really unprofessional, ********* and disrespectful.
