I've had the worst service with this company I am so frustrated right now. I has 3 numbers on contract which ended in august..i callled them in july to put in a notice for concelation..Then called again in August i asked them to cancel all 3 numbers and convert them to prepaid and i was told yes they all canceled .only to find out they only cancelled one number which is my main number and i was not aware the other ones are still on contract because I'm not the one using them..I only noticed when they sent me a bill ..September again they said they said they cancelled the contract but didn't..I called in october they logged a ticket and told me to wait for feedback but no one called..today i called again and those numbers are still on contract even blocked due to none payment I'm not going to pay that money because of people who can't do their job..the agent today by the name of portia said she is escalating it ,put me on hold for 30mi then hung up..I've never seen such an ******** company with rude agents

Even my number that was converted to prepaid I buy a simple 1gig WhatsApp data for 20 days and it last for 3days them they tell you they can't assist because it's on some Ilula system...I've heard enough with Mtn I will never even upgrade with them ....
