Mtn ****

I had a data contract with mtn that expired in Jan 2024, after it has expired I called to cancel the contract with them. I was never told that when you cancel the contract there is a month waiting period that I will have to be billed towards . In my mind and record I don’t owe mtn any amount but the have billed me for that month unaware. And went to list as a bad payer. Now I have paid off their account and am requesting for a paid up letter and no one is willing to help me. I will stay on a call for 24hours without getting help from their consultant both legal and collection . They will take me from south to north and I can’t take any credit with that listing on my name
