MTN

I had a horrible experience with mtn. a consultant called me telling me that I m paying alot on my data. how about I change into another package. I asked her that I don't want any additional fees. she said there is non. after some time I noticed that they started to sending me statements with larger amounts. I called being told that it's not this department call this department. eventually I spoke to someone and I complained. they told me it was cancelation fees on early contract. I told them that the consultant didnt tell me any of this I probably wouldn't have taken it. I m really disappointed and dissatisfied with the mtn customer service.
