MTN

MTN did an upgrade on my contract without my consent. I used to pay R240 for the contract I had with them now I'm expected to Pay R1800 for an item I never even received. I have been calling and sending emails since May 2021and they keep saying they are busy with investigations. My number is ***. Can the MTN ***** department cancel this contract.
