MTM STAFF ARE GHOSTS, THEY DONT EXIST

<p>I have written several times on Hello Peter about the absolutly shocking non existent service of MTN Insurance. I have lodged an insurance claim a few times, begged for help, made many phone calls, been into see the MTN stores, all to no avail. I have been promised that my query will be escalated, probably into cyber space, I've received apologies from MTN, BUT NO FIXED CELL PHONE. Can anyone out there at MTN Insurance sort out this query urgently??? Do staff actually exist and work there?? Please no more apologies, I want my cell phone, this is going on into the 3rd month now, and I dont have a replacement phone. I need my cell fixed. Lets see, perhaps the CEO would like to forfeit his cell for a while and loan me his, while I get mine sorted. This is bordering on theft now!!!</p>
