MTM ROUND-TRIP

I have a staff member whom, regrettable so, lost his cellphone. He had attempted to do a sim-swap so to retain his cell number he had used for over 4 years. As it happened he failed the security questionnaire that was asked from him, He was then duly informed to visit a MTM branch to have things cleared-up. When he vested the MTM store at Boulders Shopping Centre Midrand, he was told to go and make and affidavit at a police station. This was done with my assistance, and I had accompanied him to the store. At the store, a staff gettogether was interrupted, thus we were clearly not the welcoming party to there things. I had explained to one of the staff members what had happened and that we had now drafted the affidavit as requested. Without looking at the Affidavit, she had asked did we receive a piece of paper from them indicating how the affidavit must look like, I confirmed with my staff member that this was nor given to him: Without even contemplating the affidavit, she had rejected it outright. I had asked why this not handed to him in the first instance, I was shocked to get a response from another consultant, whom told me that if the phone was not lost we would not be in this position. Niow, when we returned home, I examined the piece of paper given to us at MTM store, which we were to comply with, well needles to say our affidavit conformed with MTM requirements. The sheer ignorance and attitude of MTM Boulders Branch is unbecoming and as a MTM user myself, I'm questioning my loyalty towards MTM. MTM must understand that there clients do- no appreciate being shuffled around.
