MTM Momo app for vehicle licence purchase is a fail !!

I have used MTN Momo to order my vehicles license disc. I have 6 vehicles and I decided to try out the service with one of my vehicles. I used the app to pay for the disk on 22 July 2020. Its now 2 months later and my vehicles disc has now expired. I passed 2 road blocks yesterday and if I was stopped I would have been in trouble. I have called 083135 and i was given a number to call which is ***. I spoke with a consultant who told me she will email the relevant department and get back to me. After 48 hours of not receiving a call I called back and was given another number ***. I was informed that if I tried to call this number from my contract sim card then the call will not go through so i was advised to call from a prepaid number. I had to borrow a friends pre-paid phone and i tried calling the number, It did not work. Eventually I managed to call only to be met with an answering machine service. I certainly do not wish to leave messages on an answering machine, I would like to speak with a person. I tried calling the *** again to try and inform them that the *** service is not working out. I held on for 30 mins after which I had to attend to other things at my office and I was forced to hang up. I have made a serious effort for many days and still no dice. My license disc is now expired. I am just fortunate that I did not apply for all 6 of my vehicles because that would have been an even bigger disaster. There are a couple of issues that i need to be ironed out. Firstly i cannot get hold of the correct department that is responsible for the non delivery of my disc and I do not currently know where the accountability lies. All I know is that I paid MTN a sum of money for a service that has not been delivered yet. The hour is late. I cannot hold on for answering machines or for consultants who will tell me that they will investigate and call me back. Who will pay for my fine when the traffic police see that my disc is expired? I am a law abiding citizen and i do not wish to have a run in with the law. I need assistance to resolve the issue immediately. Another issue i can foresee is that because the licence disc will be purchased late there will be penalties due. Who will pay the penalties? This started off as me trying to avoid the queues during the covid crisis and I really thought that this will be the way to go but boy was i wrong.
