MTM Misleading service provider.
MTN Misleading service provider
Taken out month to month Free to use to router for R499, 5G
After taking the contract in the store I was told I must log on using 4G
After 2 months they start billing me R545.
Upon canceling, then on the form it said 20 days notice period, when I take out the contract, I was told I can cancel anytime.

Disappointed cause when you take the contract out they don't explain to you the finer details/excelsions.

I went to the MTN branch, Phoenix plaza, spoke to Zubair Yasin
I was told that my cancelation documents was not submitted by the Glen MTN and that he cant help me, I must phone the Glen MTN. They also send me a msg, saying thank you for staying with us, for the contract I cancelled. No answer from the contact number I was given for them ***
I went to the MTN branch, Phoenix plaza, spoke to Zubair Yasin
I was told that my cancelation documents was not submitted by the Glen MTN and that he cant help me, I must phone the Glen MTN. They also send me a msg, saying thank you for staying with us, for the contract I cancelled. No answer from the contact number I was given for them ***
