MTM ****mer of note

Biggest ****mers. On the 4th of August 2023 I requested to cancel my contract. A retentions agent informed me that I have to make a payment of R32570 at store. I made that payment. Only to find out it R5000 more than the required amount. On the 15th of August I called customer care to request a refund, I was informed to wait 6 weeks as the matter was escalated to banking. I waited. It has been two months now, MTN is still with holding my money. I am tired of these ****mers. When you call customer care they do not have a solution.
