MTM FAILING NETWORK

I will never ever make use of MTM as a service provider. I will advise all of my employees NOT to get a contract from MTM stores. Service is so bad and the staff don't know their product. I heard screaming going on at Waterfront stores by many customers who was so dissatisfied with MTM Waterfront store. It's an ongoing occurrence. When I entered into a contract with MTM, I was advised by a 'sales person' to buy a RENO. I asked him if he was an agent for Reno and he answered NO. which means he was lying as he was an agent in the store which I found out later advising me that the RENO is far more superior to the latest I phone. He basically forced me to buy the phone with contract. I went back to them and discussed the situation. I wanted it to be replaced which they refused. I also C confronted the salesperson in the store in the presence of Manager which has no way to speak to customers. I hate the phone, it's overrated and is definitely not worth it. How can you run your brand right into the ground. I currently have 4 contracts, but can't wait to move to VODACOM.
