MTM Deducted money without permission
My husband has a contract 4 years or Maby more ago. As far my knowledge we agree with MTN for a contract of 2 years and that's every cell phone contract. And if he contracts. renew his contract Why is MTN Come after 4 and half years and told him he owns MTM R8000 what for thy told him is because he didn't cancel his contract of 2 years and that make nou since to me after 4 and a half years Thy come and collected money out of his baking account without permission and that not acceptable

10 Jun 2025, 14:31I want MTN to resolve the problem every contract is 2 years and when he didn't sign up for another 2 years. Thy didn't give any father service. So why deducting money out of his account after 4 and half years. aim waiting on response from MTN.

13 Jun 2025, 08:16Good day i still has no reply from MTN and aim very disappointed it's 3 days after i put a complain that MTN Deducted money from my husband account after the contract ended after 4 and a half years ago. And then My husband calls them about the deduction thy say the contract didn't end. For 4 and a half years after the contract is done. As at my knowledge's all cells contract, is ONLY FOR 2 YEARS . iamb WAITING ON REPLY
