MTM allowing *****. Who is protecting us against this Reycreo ****

Hi MTN I am very disappointed since March Reycreo have been de*****ing ppl subscribing them to their service without permission how can you allow this there should be some security checks in place to ensure I realy subscribed Reycreo took money from my account and the worst is they compromised my privacy and security
