mtb sim swop taking forever. I'm changing to another network

I did sim swop last week still not yet done even now. I'm now thinking of changing n use vodacom. I don't know what's keeping the swop as they told me I passed all question n that I should switch the phone off. I called to follow up after 24 hours they told me to wait for another 24 hours. I bought a new sim card yesterday, I did a swop again, I passed questions BT still not approved even today.
