Mtb fiber - can't even sign up!

<p>Mtn fiber reps visited our complex (in Lonehill) about 5 weeks ago, and we'd like to switch over to fiber- however, we have tried numerous times to various email addresses and nobody has come back to us. </p> <p> </p> <p>I posted on their Facebook page and they responded saying I must send them my details. Three weeks later and still no response - you can imagine what their after sales service is like if they can't even assist me in signing up.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic.</p>
