MT Not the better connection!

This place deserves no stars! I'm not sure why one has to resort to such measures of needing to review a place which should offer customer service as MTN just lacks. I have been trying to get intouch with any mtn store in easy london for a few days now and to date no luck. The contact numbers do not work there is no email contact information and I'm just about ready to cancel my contract with this place. I mean seriously I never have cell reception, I can't reach any stores and quite frankly I'm passed off with the lack of customer service. Is there anyone in charge of making sure the staff in stores are up to standard or contact details are updated or even calls are answered. I am so disappointed!°
