MSISDN migrated to prepaid - Subscription charged

Good Day I have migrated a MSISDN to prepaid - the MSISDN reached its contract maturity in August and thereafter ported the number out but I was still charged the contract subscription in November and December (R166.50) this after MTN took 3 weeks just to migrate the number to prepaid after I called their call centre 3 times, logged a complaint here and walked into their stores twice! I cannot call their 808 number as the IVR says the number is now prepaid! Please refund the subscriptions that you have debited.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.

The migration was done on 9/11/2015. The payment deducted on 30/11/2015 was for the invoice dated 26/10/2015. There is no invoice for 26/11/2015.
