Good morning , My name is Thabitha Matlhopi Maretela,, I am witting this letter to ask hellopeter for assisting me regarding the query that I had with Mtn service provider, They handed my name to CTI for something that I didn't have, I even went to the Mtn store to complaint about the ***** that was made on my name, they asked me to send the affidavit ,my Id copy and i even send them my payslip to show them were I am working, 3 months back i phoned them to checked how far they are with my query ,they are still not responding back to me instead they will keeping telling me I must sent them again my Id copy and the affidavit, I went to face book page to report this matter again and no one help me ,According to them they said I took two contract phone which i dont have it with me , they said I am working for Maxi Security at Northern Cape while me working at Absa Bank in Brits and I am staying at the place called Damonsville in Brits, I am think I give them all the information they required from me. Now my name handed over and I can not even open the new account or asking loan from the bank that I am working for, I ve been communicating with them thru my work email but even now nothing happened. Customer Care for ***** department know the whole story and they even gave me reference no for my case which is ***.I hope my complaint will take it into consideration .
