I called the MTn company asking for settlement amount for my iPhone 11 which I took on 2023 October . They gave me the settlement amount if R3900 which I payed On 14 February 2026.On the 16 February 2026 they deducted R589-01 . Which it wasnt supposed to be deducted because iam done paying them . Now when I call MTN asking them for my refund if R589.01 it’s back and forth they don’t wanna refund my money . Iam asking Hellopeter to help me get my refund .
