Dissatisfaction about how my complaint has been handled, Zandile Maphalala who took contract without my approval, and I did called MTN to report an incident, I don't get a way forward, on top of that MTN just blocked my foun , I can not make calls, Use my Data. I hope that my complaint will be considered before I take the matter further to my Lawyer.
