Deal with Mtn Consultants who call you at your own risks. I couldn't believe how a Consultant from Mrn called me for a handset phone contract asked for my Acc number and swirled me for data, as she was reading the final terms where I'm supposed to agree with yes or no, she asked di you under you not taking a phone contract but data, and I told her to stop everything immediately cause I don't need data what I need is a phone handset. To my surprise I just saw a debie check mandate already approved on my Bank Acc, data of about 22 Gigs on my phone, I didn't understand what was happening cause I didn't expect such high level of ***** by Mrn, then I went to my emails and saw a contract that I agreed to data with partial wrong information about me, I was shocked anf disappointed . I called in spoke to a consultant who hung up the phone on me, tried calling back and I asked them to cancel the contract cause I did not agree but they haven't canceled it, I also requested for them to listen to the call and take action on the consultant that committed ***** on my name but Zero action, meaning they encourage ***** by their consultants and condon it. Mtn Consultants are earning by de*****ing clients, I want thus *****ulent contract canceled and action taken towards the consultant. Pls avoid Mtn Consultants by all means they will de***** you.
