Mrs SL Oakes( MTN TOP UP )Unhappy client- Urgent

My details are as follows: <br> <br> Cell ***( Mrs SL Oakes) <br> I am on the Top up option for R750.00 and this is too much because I do not use my phone as much as I used to. So I wanted to move to the R350.00 option but I am told that I will forfeit all my airtime, which I find crazy because my account is debited R750 per month.This is my money and my account being debited and all i want is to drop for R750.00 to the R350.00 option i a not cancelling anything with MTN why is this so difficult.<br> I am told by the call centres to try and use over R3000.00 worth of airtime by the 14th Feb which is not possible. And even if I do my airtime will continue to accumulate because my account is being debited the R750.00. I feel that no one has offered options and this is really frustrating me.This is not alligned to the current Consumer Protection action. <br> <br> I am dissapointed by the way MTN treats its Loyal clients. <br> <br> I Look forward to a favourable response <br> <br> <br>
