Hi on 24.11.2022 I went to MTN springs mall to do sim swarp with my daughter she lost her sim card the lady her name is kedibone she told us to bring ID, affidavit alone is not working we go and came back on 03.12.2022 we didn't get assistance their said affidavit that we have there information is not enough when I ask the lady why she didn't tell us before what we should write on affidavit the manager just jump and trettine me that she is going to call security and I must not come back into the store while she didn't even gave her time to approach me and ask or assist, she was fighting me instant of assisting me, she also mention that she isbstore manager here go so I'm sure how can a whole store manager tell the client not to come back in store.
