Is been 3 days now. Phoning mtn call centre and coverage department. No one is willing to fix problem of not having internet connection. All you get told is to rebute your gadget. 1 consultant said i must try to move as the tower is not working in my area. I moved and drove upto 27Km with no connection. I used my petrol, time n energy. Im working from home. I bought Vodacom data todo my work while im paying Mtn. This is really nonsense, bad service. Iwill. never recommend 1 to get Mtn. Data contract. Consultant s protect their supervisor/managers when 1 need to escalate query. That's pathetic n disgusting.
