Service very bad if you want to cancel a contract you cannot do it at any MTN store you must do it over the phone. Needless to say after 2 hours you get hold of the cancelation department. Cancelation is confirmed. But still after 2 months deduction continues. NEEDLESS TO SAY ITS A TIME WAISTING EFFORT FIR THE CLIENT. CAN'T THE CANCELATION DEPARTMENT DO WHAT THEY GOT PAY FOR RE THEIR JOB. THEY MESSING WITH PEOPLE MONEY.
