Mr Sihle Ndaba a great Champion

I actually want to review the great customer service I had received from Mr Sihle Ndaba who works at the mtn call center as a manager/supervisor in Durban. I received an outstanding service from him, I had called with concern of the data that had prematurely expired on my account due to the migration that took place without my knowledge. Mr Sihle Ndaba was happy to help me until the problem was solved, although the issue took days to solve he remained truthful and he saw me through until we won!! Because of him I was able to work and submit my school assignments on time and I must say he is a real problem solver!!! I give him a rating of 5stars he deserves them and more.
